Lately it seems like all website designers want is for us to get to their site. They don’t give a shit if we actually read what is on the site, they just want us to get to the site. I go to sites to read what is there and then it’s popup asking me to join their newsletter, then a popup asking me to chat, then a popup interrupting me yet again! Gads, it makes me crazy. So many fucking interruptions all the damn time. (This website better not do it to people. It is so damn distracting. If it does, I had no say in it or I would shut that shit down.)

No wonder bad AI-written content is expected to proliferate. Website designers don’t expect us to actually read the crap on their site, so who cares if the grammar is bad, or the words aren’t truthful. Just get to the site so we can feed you an ad. Fuck the rest.

I don’t like what the internet has become, which is fine, because I don’t want to spend my life staring at a screen anyway. It had potential, but it has gone off the rails.
