There seems to be a proliferation of small, white dogs in this corner of Europe. We’ve seen many Westies, Jack Russells, Malteses, and Poodles.  One even appeared to be a Maltipoo, which is the breed of our little scamp, Ava.  Oh, I miss Ava.  I miss cuddling her little fuzzy body and having her greet me upon entering every single room.  We have also seen a number of Dachshunds, but they aren’t white.  When I was last in Europe, there were lots of hairy Dachshunds.  This trip I have only seen 2, but many, many short-haired versions.  We also saw 2 greyhounds.
